Convert Andorra IBANs to their BIC
Every Andorra IBAN is 24 characters long and starts with AD. The bank identifier embedded inside it is what resolves to a BIC/SWIFT code, the bank's name and address, and its SEPA reachability.

Andorra uses the euro under a monetary agreement with the EU and joined the SEPA schemes in 2019, so Andorran IBANs are reachable for SEPA credit transfers like any EU account.
How to get the BIC from a Andorra IBAN
Validate the IBAN
Check the length (exactly 24 characters for AD) and the ISO 7064 mod-97 checksum. Both are local computations — no lookup needed yet.
Extract the bank identifier
The bank code (4 characters) inside the BBAN identifies the institution holding the account.
